Magnificient, except that the hand got cut off a little. I have never seen movements captured so well by anybody else.

Nice - I am just coming into this series. I really like the action in this one and the street backdrop. Wish her hands were not cut off but I'm sure it's hard to keep track of framing when getting capturing such beautiful movement!

That's the interesting thing with shooting dance. Even when the dancers repeat the same movements, everytime is a little different so it can be a challenge to keep everything in frame when you're trying to get the shot and guesstimate how high they might jump.
Basically this blog is me figuring out how to take good dance shots. I'm learning a lot as I go....and it's so much fun!
